Being an Administrator

Dear fellow students,

An administrator is, be it through UPSC CSE or State level exams is what we all aspire to be. These are the most prestigious and honoured jobs existing in the Indian society. The competition is so tough that for every seat you must compete with at least 200 students (for UPSC CSE).
So, what needs to be done in order to crack these exams.
First of all let me make it very clear, that there exists no substitute for hard work, that is the first, foremost and infact the only thing that will help you clear these examinations.
